Sriramasundararajan Rajagopalan

Dr. Rajagopalan founded the Agile Training Champions focused on making a difference to professionals in their continuous learning as well as the high-school students in applying project management and agile principles earlier in their personal and professional lives. Agile Training Champions’ services include training, business consulting, and staff augmentation

Dr. Rajagopalan works as an Enterprise Agile Evangelist and Professional Trainer at Inflectra Corporation providing business process consultation as well as training on their Spira family of products.

He managed PMO, Proposition Delivery, and Operational Excellence as a Vice President and has delivered numerous projects and programs for many companies in many industries.

He published his book, “Organized Common Sense,” focusing on the importance of project and agile principles to everyone and is focused on introducing these principles to high-school students through his initiative, Projecting Leaders of Tomorrow.

He received the prestigious PMI Eric Jenett Excellence award in 2017 and has published peer-reviewed scholarly journals, Scrum articles, and PM Network on topics related to middle management transformation through project management. He also facilitates at Northeastern University teaching Leadership and Project Management Classes. He has served in multiple leadership roles in the PMI Mass Bay Chapter and currently serves as an Executive Board member Boston University Agile Innovation Lab.

He holds Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the University of Madras in India, a Master's (MS) degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University, Michigan, a business (MBA) degree in Management from Concordia University, Wisconsin, and a doctorate (Ph.D.) degree in Organization and Management from Capella University, Minnesota. Dr. Rajagopalan also has numerous professional certifications in project management (PARP, PfMP, PgMP, PMP, PMI-ACP, PMI-SP, PMI-RMP, PARP, CSP, CSPO, CSD, CSM, ICC-ACC, SSBB, LSSBB, IT Project+, CSOXP, SCM, SCPO, SCD, SAMC, SCT).
